Important Information regarding Club Points
Due to a software upgrade on our computer system in November 2009, all club points have been erased from the system. Under the new software management program, club points now expire on the last day of December every year. As a result of this software package and the fact that club points will now automatically expire on the 31st day of December, each and every year, we ask that clients use their club points throughout the year by advising our receptionist on the day of your service that you wish to redeem your club points. We apologise for any inconvenience this causes however due to our new software package it has been unavoidable. Thank you for your understanding.
Every person who makes an appointment is entered in our database. Each time you come in for any of our treatments you accumulate points. Each Point represents $1, so for example 40 points equates to $40.00
