We ask that you arrive 5 minutes prior to your appointment.
We have a strict cancellation policy
BOOKING and CANCELLATIONS
If you need to change or cancel your appointment, we ask for 24 hours notice or you may be charged
the full price of the treatment.
Some treatments of an hour or more credit card details may be requested to secure your booking.
All no shows for appointments of an hour or more may be charged the full price of the appointment.
Booking an appointment at Total Beauty is an acknowledgment of the above conditions.
Please note that we have a computer system that will remind you of the date and time of your
appointment via SMS and we also have an answer machine that is on 24hrs if you need to contact us.
Total Beauty has gone to extreme measures to ensure that ther are many ways to
communicate with us:
- SMS via your computer system
- Over the phone (4 lines installed)
- Via leaving a message on answering machine (On 24 hrs)
PAYMENT
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Bankcard and EFTPOS. (Processing fee will apply to credit cards only.)
All prices include GST and are subject to change without notice.
HEALTH CONDITIONS
Please advise us of any health conditions or medications you are taking as they may
contra indicate certain treatments.
Any form of fungal infections on skin or in finger nails and or toe nails can not be treated
due to spread of infection and cross contamination, please see your Doctor for the appropriate
treatment.
Please inform us if you are pregnant as certain products contain essential oils and cannot be used
when pregnant. Some electrical equipment used in our facial treatments is also contra indicated
during pregnancy. If you are not sure please ask and we can inform you of which treatments are
suitable for you during pregnancy.
GIFT VOUCHERS
Give a gift you would love to receive.
Gift vouchers are available for a dollar value or one of our package treatment ranges of your choice.
They are valid for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase and are non-refundable.
Gift vouchers are redeemable on both products and treatments.
Please use your gift vouchers in full at time of appointment or purchases,
credit will not be available on Gift vouchers. Thank You!!!
Late Arrivals
What If I'm Late?
Our schedule is planned to co-ordinate and allow the correct time for each service, so you will enjoy
the full experience of your treatment. Arriving late will only lessen your time spent with us.
